Terms of Service

Last Revision: March 2026 // Status: Active

01. Acceptance of Terms

By initializing access to the Advanced Deployment Model (ADM) ecosystem, technical assets, or briefing streams, you (the "Entity" or "User") agree to comply with these formal Terms of Service.

System Notice: Continued use of ADM assets constitutes an automated acknowledgement of these protocols. If you do not agree to these terms, you must terminate your connection to the ADM Intel Stream immediately.

02. Framework Usage

ADM provides a high-level architectural framework intended for enterprise implementation. The license granted herein is:

  • » Non-Exclusive: Multiple entities may utilize the framework simultaneously.
  • » Technical Context: Usage is restricted to professional, corporate, or development-focused environments.
  • » Territorial Scope: Valid for global deployment unless restricted by local encryption laws.

03. Security & System Integrity

Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the ADM implementation within their own network. ADM protocols prohibit:

  • Unauthorized reverse-engineering of core architectural logic.
  • Attempting to disrupt or compromise system feedback mechanisms.
  • Circumventing established security controls or authentication protocols.

04. Intellectual Property

All proprietary logic and documentation labeled under the **ADM Architecture** are protected by international intellectual property laws. Users may modify implementation layers but may not claim ownership of the core ADM logic or branding.

05. Enterprise Compliance

As an ADM subscriber, you agree to receive automated technical updates. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to ensure that their corporate firewall allows for the "Intel Stream" synchronization to prevent version fragmentation within their local environment.

06. Limitation of Liability

The ADM framework is provided "AS-IS" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall ADM, its developers, or its parent entity "CoderHQ" be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system integration, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

07. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke framework access or unsubscribe email entities that exhibit patterns of protocol abuse or unauthorized automated harvesting.
