Data Sovereignty // PROTOCOL ADM-PRIV
Privacy Protocol
01. Data Collection Architecture
We prioritize a minimalist data footprint. The ADM system only acquires data necessary for technical deployment and secure communication.
Direct Intelligence
Corporate email addresses submitted via the Intel Briefing portal.
Technical Telemetry
IP addresses, browser headers, and session metadata for security hardening.
02. Logic & Intelligence Usage
All captured data is strictly utilized for the improvement and delivery of ADM assets. This includes:
- / Automated delivery of the ADM Intel Briefing.
- / Security verification for enterprise quote requests.
- / Pattern analysis to optimize system performance across different network environments.
04. Third-Party Node Disclosure
We do not operate a data-brokering model. We never sell or lease your intelligence to marketing firms. Data is only shared with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., email service providers) strictly for the execution of our services.
05. Global Entity Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, ADM honors the following rights for all entities:
Right to Access ↓
Request a complete log of all data points currently stored within our active database.
Right to Rectification ↓
Correct any inaccurate or outdated information in your subscriber profile.
Right to Erasure ↓
Initiate a permanent "Data Purge" of your entity records from our servers.
06. Retention & Disposal Protocol
Subscriber data is retained only for the duration of the active subscription lifecycle. Upon unsubscription, data is moved to a suppression list to ensure no further communication occurs, and technical logs are automatically purged after 180 days.
